Will you work with me or just coach me?
Organizing is an interactive process. At M2O, our preference is to work with a client directly and ensure the system works for his/her specific needs and/or limitations. However, it is entirely up to you. If you do not want to touch a thing, you do not have to. But, if you or anyone you choose wants to help, it will get the job done faster and in the end, save you money.
How does M2O determine what needs to be discarded?
You are ALWAYS in control of what happens to your belongings and we will NEVER throw anything away without your consent. To keep the process moving, we may ask you to create guidelines about what can be thrown away. For example, you may tell us that all newspapers before a certain date can be discarded, or clothing of a certain size can be donated.

Will my sessions be confidential?
Absolutely! All meetings, conversations, and questions are between you and M2O and no one else. In addition to adhering to the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) Code of Ethics, M2O has established its own that can be found in the About Page.
What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Payment is due at the end of each daily work session.
